- Our primary goal is that you love your jewelry. However we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you wish to return your jewelry for any reason within 7 days of receipt (includes the date of receipt), we will provide you a refund or exchange. Returns must be received by SETRA within 7 days in order to qualify as a return. You are not responsible for any delays in shipping; we understand that's our of your control. For returns, simply call us at 1-800-935-3229 to start processing your return.

- Returns are free and include the following: Free Shipping: Simply print your return label, repackage all purchased items in their original packaging, include any diamond certifications, and schedule a FedEx / UPS pick-up or drop it off at your nearest FedEx / UPS location. Free Return Insurance: Our pre-paid postage labels include insurance on the full value of your purchase. Please Note: Engraved rings require a $40 re-polishing fee. Failure to return a diamond certificate will result in a $250 fee.
